Our inspector Shiloh was very professional in his approach and covered everything that I could think of and even more. His inspection was very helpful in the process of our housing search. Would recommend their services to anyone who wants to know if the housing choice is one they want to pursue.

This company will provide you with a very detailed home inspection. I just had them inspect a home we had under contract to purchase. The home from outward appearance and our in home tour looked good. After southern states inspected it they found many issues that I believe the owner was, in some cases, unaware of. A roof leak that termite inspector missed, several bad electrical GFI's, plumming issues like frozen outside valve,faucet leaks, even lose mounting of glogged down spouts- just some of issues uncovered with high quality pictures provided in report. Southern saved us from serious purchase mistake. Don't buy a home without an inspection and use Southern States Inspection I recommend - Their pricing is very fair and they are very good. As illistration the seller of the house we where to buy was watching the inspection work and said very seriously that guy is really is detailed "he's checking every single outlet"
